Watermelon Jello Shots

Ingredients:

1 cup boiling water

1 packet strawberry flavoured gelatine

1 cup strawberries

1/2 cup of cold water OR vodka

5 limes, halved and pulp removed

1 tsp black sesame seeds

Method:

In a bowl, add the boiling water to the gelatin and stir until the gelatin is completely dissolved. Transfer the gelatin to a blender.

Add the cold water and strawberries and blend until liquified. Refrigerate liquid until thick.

Remove any foam that has formed on the top of the gelatin mixture and then stir until a puree.

Spoon into lime rind halves and refrigerate.

Carefully halve the gelatin lime rinds again and sprinkle with black sesame seeds.

Serve and enjoy.
