Mango'd Mai Tai Blues

Ingredients 

2 Tablespoons of Mango puree

2 Tablespoons of Rum

1 Tablespoon of Coconut Rum

4 Tablespoons of Pineapple juice

4 Tablespoons of Orange juice

8 Fresh blueberries

2 Tablespoons of Sour mix

1 Tablespoon of Dark Rum

 

 

 

 

 

Method

1. Pour the mango puree in a glass.

2. Put rum, coconut rum, juices, 5 blueberries and sour mix in a shaker with ice, shake vigorously.

3. Gently empty contents into a glass and float dark rum on top.

4. Garnish with remaining blueberries
