Lavender Lake Iced Tea

Ingredients

2 oz. lavender infused Tito’s Vodka*

¾ oz. fresh squeezed lemon juice

½ oz. simple syrup

Earl Gray tea, steeped no more than three minutes to prevent bitterness and chilled

1 lemon wedge for garnish

1 twig of lavender for garnish

*Add about 8 oz. of dried lavender to one bottle of vodka. Stir and shake well and let seep until it becomes light brown—about 45 minutes.

Directions

Add ingredients to a tin, shake, and strain over rocks in a highball glass. Garnish with lemon wedge and lavender twig.
